ABOUT THE CLINIC
2nd - 5th January 2024
This is the perfect time to prepare for the upcoming season and try yourself on a big international event. During New Year’s Camp Clinic you will receive support from top international coaches – lots of local knowledge and professional expertise.
Thanks to obtaining feedback from sailors before the event, we will be able to approach each sailor individually and make sure they reach their goals and maximize their performance on the water.
Each day of our clinic focuses on different aspects of sailing excellence, including:
Speed and boat handling / Palma strategy / Body posture / Winning psychology / Sail trim.
NOTE! Each day will focus on different tasks and exercises.

- 09:30 - warm up
- 10:30 - briefing and boat preparation in Real Club Náutico de Palma
- 11:30 - 4 up to 5 hours on-water training
- 16:30 - 1 hour debrief with video analysis in Real Club Náutico de Palma

Sailors will be divided into groups of 8-10 sailors based on their national rankings and experience (results from previous events).
Throughout the Clinic sailors will have a chance to work with different coaches.

PRICE: 260€ for 4 days
Food
All sailors have to be well-provisioned with food and drinks during training hours. Coaches will collect lunch boxes before heading out on the water.
Other
– Parents can join, but can’t help sailors in any way.
– Limited places.
– Sailors should have a valid third party insurance, letterhead to the sailor, cover of not less than € 1.500.000,00 and are required to produce evidence of such insurance written in English and clearly indicating the name of the sailor, the period insurance coverage and the euro amount of the insurance, during registration.
